Invisalign treatment uses a series of custom-made, removable aligners to gradually move teeth. It begins with a consultation with our Certified Invisalign Provider, who will assess your smile and discuss whether treatment may be appropriate for you. What is it?
Invisalign treatment uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners planned to move your teeth in stages. The aligners are removable, and your provider will explain how to wear and care for them throughout treatment.
Why would I want it?
Because the aligners are removable, you can take them out for meals and for brushing and flossing. Their clear design makes them less noticeable than traditional braces, and there are no brackets or wires. Your provider can show you a digital preview of your proposed treatment when one is available. Follow your provider’s instructions about wear time, cleaning, and appointments.
How does it work?
Your provider will create a treatment plan and give you a series of aligners to wear in sequence. Each aligner makes small, planned movements. You will usually wear aligners for most of the day and switch to the next set on the schedule your provider recommends. Regular checkups allow your provider to monitor your progress and adjust your plan if needed.
